Recepies for home made face masks

Often, rather than reach to nature, we buy finished products. The same goes for cosmetics, which reload the shelves in drugstores. You only need to look into the kitchen to find simple ways to make face masks.

What we eat also affects our skin, so do not worry, we can apply a lot of food in the form of masks for the face.

Avocados to rescue dry skin

Excellent moisturizing mask. Halve the avocados and mash the pulp slurry. Add a little plain yogurt to a uniform mass. Place on face and wash off, or just wipe off (fruit absorbed by the skin, acts as a cream) after 10 minutes.

Bran and Honey - nutrition all skin types

Up to 2 teaspoons of bran to add a spoonful of honey (preferably a fairly thick) and mix. If the mask is too thick, it can be diluted by adding just a half teaspoon of boiled water. Leave on face for 15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. Effects of freshness guaranteed!

Like a weed - acne and oily skin

2 tablespoons of yeast foods mix with a little milk.Then put it on previously cleansed face and wait 20 min. When the hard mask dries and begins to crush, wash it with lukewarm water. While the mixture does not smell very nice, it gives amazing effects to refine and nourish the skin nicely.

Firming egg protein

Preparation is very simple.Make oam from egg and apply on face for 5 minutes before it dries. Then wash with warm water and cold rinse at the end. It is worth adding a few drops of lemon. Effectively cleanse the skin and make it shine.

Classic Cucumber

Known to all mask with cucumber. Simply apply to cleansed skin slices of cucumber (summer give a feeling of coolness and freshness) and remove them after about 10-15 minutes. Well mask refreshes, leaving the skin matte and smooth.
